中空玻璃丁基胶涂布机常见问题的解决方法：

　　1.铝框上出现一边或两边都不沾胶的现象时

　　When there is no adhesive on one or both sides of the aluminum frame

　　首先我们应检查胶缸、胶头的温度是否正常，压力是否在我们设定的范围之内，检查两胶头的距离是否过大（此距离设定至铝条刚刚能从两个打胶头之间过去为最好）。

　　Firstly, we should check whether the temperature of the glue cylinder and glue head is normal, whether the pressure is within the range we set, and whether the distance between the two glue heads is too large (this distance should be set to the point where the aluminum strip can just pass between the two glue heads).

　　如果上述情况都没有问题，可断定两个打胶头（或一个），由于丁基胶中有杂质而堵住了胶头出胶的眼，这就需要卸下打胶头，用煤油浸泡，然后将胶头内的胶全部清理干净后再装上即可。

　　If the above situations are not a problem, it can be concluded that two or one of the glue heads have blocked the glue outlet due to impurities in the butyl rubber. This requires removing the glue head, soaking it in kerosene, and then cleaning all the glue inside the glue head before reinstalling it.

　　2.该设备全部采用液压系统，油缸及液压系统全部采用高压油管连接，每个连接处都由组合垫密封，若发现漏油，及时更换组合垫。
